Regarding deposit for hotel booking through Makemytrip

I booked a hotel at Makemytrip, throughout the journey I didn’t saw deposit charges anywhere in billing corner. But in confirmation booking mail I get to know 1.25 times the booking amount is the deposit I need to make in advance. Even contacted Customer care regarding same.. But didn’t received an appropriate response.. Consumer Law clearly stated all prices should be upfront and clear. Thanks!

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
