I had Tata Docomo wifi post paid connection PHOTON MAX WIFI 6GBUL@950 plan which was purchased @ their OMR, Chennai outlet. As I was going to SYDNEY for 6 months I went the same outlet and requested to close the a/c. They said no special form for closing and advised to contact customer care. I contacted the customer care on 13/05/15 n instruct them to close the a/c. I also sent a email to Mr.Uxxxxxr the name n mail id searched from their site. He return my mail saying to contact another person as he was on leave. I sent another mail to the person but bounced and subsequent attempts were also failed. I came back to Chennai on 22/10/15 n checked my mails and post but my surprise they sent notice for RS.2280/- I immediately contacted the given number to tell my grievances to them. They said that I have called the legal cell and forced me to pay the amount or will meet court case. They are not hearing my grievances and threatening . I feel it was their deficiencies of service n gave me lots of stress. They have charged the bill for the service I have not utilised and without taking my request to close the account.
