I have paid the bill on 26th Feb ’16 (within due date) through SBI bill payment option and the confirmation email is attached herewith for my mob no. But I found in the current month bill they have included the last bill as outstanding of Rs 113 and late fee of Rs 10.

In this regard I have made several correspondence with BSNL ne1 but they have not given any reply. So I have paid the total bill including the late fee as the due date will expire through BSNL portal yesterday.

So if they do not adjust the last bill amount of 113 plus late fee of Rs 10 in the next bill what shall I do ?
