I was trying to recharge my brothers account using PAYTM. When I tried completing the recharge for 1 GB Airtel Data Pack the website crashed at the last step without any confirmation message. Due to this I tried doing the same recharge again and the website crashed again at the same step due to which I tried again. Few minutes later it turned out that the same recharge happened twice when I just wanted 1 GB of data which means that the next 296 rs recharge is a waste for me because I don’t need that extra data. I have already filed a complaint with PAYTM ticket no: 04886588 but they are not agreeing their mistake and refusing to return me my money. Could you please assist?
