I have taken an add on of ERP Plus being provided by Tally partner – Gseven. After updating release of tally to 6.0.1 the add on stopped working. I have tried many times to Gseven customer care landline but they never transfer the call to service desk despite waiting so long on hold in the waiting line. Further when I called up on 9xxxxxxx2 & 9xxxxxxxx2 they dont answer properly and say either call on landline or mail us and disconnected phone without even hearing a ok from the client. we have taken this add on paid basis and this is not the way of treating clients. Accounts and finance are such important things we cannot work a single day without processing invoices. Now who shall that loss of daily invoicing which is put on hold due to Gseven.
Moreover I would like to draw attention of Tally Team to look into this, if these kind of company are their associated partners then its better to switch to Busy or any other accounting Softwares.
