Regarding excess billing on 4G internet service

I was using reliance data card (CDMA) with the plan of 650 rs. (10GB +unlimited). Last month company has changed the CDMA no in 4G, they asked me to purchase a new device for it in 1000INR. then I brought a new device but in June & July month both were not working. I complaint in customer care they told me it will take time to convert into CDMA to GSMA. From mid July My 4G connection was starting to work again. Now this month I got the bill from reliance 4184 INR & they have changed my plan 1100/month( only 5G data ) with out my permission & charged unwanted amount 4184INR. Please help me to solve this issue. How they can change my plan without my permission.

    I am very frustrated by reliance. There is no reply form long times & they ask me to submit your complaints on PC:http:/ I have tried several to fill my complaint on this but in last they asking to fill the code but code is not appearing there. This company is doing fraud with us. My connection was suspended from 9th September & now this month I am again getting the bill of 1260 INR again. How it is possible. some one please help me to solve this issue & suggest how I can take the legal action against this company.
