I did the payment for CCS university exam (BBA 3 semester ) on 12/4/2017 at 9:56 AM. I did transaction of rupee 3502 rupee which i later on came to know that it was university fault of rupee and actual fee is 1752. I did this transaction from my Bank of India debit card. Full amount has been deducted. When i talked to my bank they told me that they can’t do anything regarding this . My transaction id is 6579548175 and my examination form number is 51519.
I have tried contacting CCS university many times but they dont responed back to any of my call. Please help me to get back my money. As i am student its bit difficult for me. Your help would be highly appriciated.
