Regarding failed Paytm wallet transaction

About paytm waller to bank transfer tailed Value: Rupees 2987. On 30th Dec 2017 did transfer money through paytm wallet to bank but got a message that transaction failed (order no. 4361388565) complaint registered to Paytm customer care through it’s application about three times but they didn’t response properly, they asked to provided screenshot of failed order, but till date no refund is given by them.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
