I had handed over urgent parcel the so called one of the big well known courier company “BLUEDART” at ahmedabad on 7th september 2015 with an assurance that the parcel will be delivered within 24 hours to receipent at noida. The company had charged handsome amount from me for parcel weighing hardly 200 gms. its ironic that the parcel is not been delivered til now 23 hrs on 9th september 2015, which has caused loss equivalent to crorers of rupees.

The customer call centres which are 24 x 7 aare so useless that they are not having a concrete reply for the complaints and even the website giving deailed mail id of maanaging director Mr.Axxxxl kxxxxxxxa are useless since after 1000 reminders no updates are been given to customer.

Since i am the biggest suferer due to their iresponsible behaviour will keep no stone untur to market this compalint. The price to be claimed is not an issue since its priceless due to loss of goodwill of undersign.
