I have received a call and mail communication from aspirejobs in Oct 2017 and they informed me that my profile has shortlisted by one of the telecom company in UAE and asprirejobs will conduct the interview for me. They told me that there is a processing fee of 500 USD in total and 250 USD has to pay upfront. After the negotiation I have paid Rs 1000 in their account. There was an agreement that the initial amount is refundable if they failed to get the job in 90 days. They did not arrange any interview and used to send e-mails with company names and JD. After 3 months , I demanded for the refund of my initial advance payment and termination off their service but they are refusing to refund and saying refund not possible now. I am attaching a SS of mail communication between me and aspire agent as a proof. Please help me to get the amount refunded. Many people facing the same issue as I checked the review in google.
