Regarding fake motor vehicle agents

I have purchased a bike pulsar 200fi in 2 months back and i am facing a problems with the bike like as we can say mechanical faults. so i have filed a complained on consumercomplaints.in and after 1 hour i got a call from a no. 9xxxxxxxx47 and the person name he is telling is Axxxxxg Axxxxa. he introduced himself as a costomer represantative from bajaj and said he will replace my bike and bajaj will refund me the amount of 15000/- . for that he has given me a voucher code no.1478600AZ and said go to the ATM and widraw the amount in your SBI ATM.

when i ask for mail he told me i will recieve the mail from bajaj in the evening . and when i ask the process of withdrawing the amount result comes that i have to do the money transfer to him from my acc. and he was ready to give his acc. no. also. but i stopped myself by doing that and when i got the discusssion with Axxxg again he started misbehaving. and said do whatever i can do.

so is there any possibility that you can catch these guys who are cheating people.
