Regarding fake product from Flipkart vendor

I purchase g-shock watch from flipkart on 16-10 and thn start using that watch after 4 month i saw that watch paint and colour was faded after that i call to flipkart custmer care. they had not given me suitable or senseable answer worst experience i told custmer care executive to please give me dealer detail who send me copy watch he said no we dont have anything. then i checked box of that watch i found 1 card of seller. i called him and talk about all case he reply me yes its not orignal its first copy

i was shocked flipkart assured that they sale only orignal product but no from last 20 days flipkart employee axxxxa bxxxxxj help me from escalation team gurgaon office in this case for refund but after that nothing happened i didnt recieved any information
