I had ordered from online website clokart.com, order no.100000996,on dtd 20/09/2017 of Golden sparrow white sports shoes (size 9) worth ?699 only. It was assured by clokart that they will delivered this product within 7working days.but that not received 15 days.Also clokart representative Mr.Axxxn Sxxxxh call me and said that I have won prize of LG LED TV 56″ worth 70000.00 and demand ed ?3521.00 for that product GST fees and same will be also returned back after receiving the gift. Then I paid the same . after few days that person again call me, you have to pay another ?9900 only for insurance & courier price.I refused to pay the same and it was submitted by them that If I will not paid this then I will not receive the product as well as gift or refund for the payment and hence I request them send that amount of product (?3521.00). But after one and half months past I have not received my product as well as any gift yet. Also last 2weeks I tried to call all numbers but no one pick up the call and not giving any replies of my mail.So I requested you please take necessary action of this matter as soon as possible.
