I have visited brand factory, rave moti, kanpur on 22/03/2019 aprox 7 p. M., purchased some clothes for me. At the time of billing discounted 3 pcs. Of shirts with nett rates 599each were being billed to me at 1280 each, I objected about it and after a time RxxxxT a sales executive confirmed me and the billing executive that this is of 599 each. The computer was not excepting so he walked with me to the other floor billing counter to get it billed. He left me there n didn’t returned for a long time, so I called the store manager MR. SxxxL DxxxxxT n discussed about the mess. So he told that 1280/- is the nett price for the product if I want it I can buy or can go away .Finally I pointed him about his mis attitude n told him that this is not the way so he replied me ” AAP JA SAKTE HAI AUR JAHA COMPLAIN KARNI HAI KAR DIJIYENGA ” And walked away in his cabin. As I was with my family I silently walked out of the store. I have complained on brand factory toll free no. Also but they also opened a complain n closed the same after few hour.
