Regarding false selling by Snapdeal

FIRST and LAST time customer of SNAPDEAL. I ordered an item – RAY-PRO DOVE PAIR show piece from SNAPDEAL on 2nd Nov 2015 (Order: 9784522345). They took the order and within few hours the item status was “Packed and waiting for Courier pickup” with delivery date to be between 6-9th Nov 201. The item remained in exactly same state for another 4 days so I called the customer care to know the exact situation. they assured that the item was ready and would be delivered within promised timelines BUT product remained in same state next day too and I called the customer care again and they again promised the same thing that they were waiting for courier pickup. And surprisingly the item state didn’t change the following day too. Fin”ally after estimated delivery date they emailed us that “we don’t have the item in stock and so cancelling the order” without any clarification that how a product which was already packed got out of stock!!! And now I wonder if SNAPDEAL has any product in their warehouse or they just showing images copied from other websites. Just for the sake of competition don’t make fool of customers!!!
