Regarding faulty items from shopclues

I have made an order 2 items (Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7100 – (6 Months Brand Warranty) (QTY: 2) shopclues dated on 12 Aug 2015, and that have order id is 64877773 and 64879020. (total amount- rs- 30400) Before the purchase of this item I got clarification from shopclues customer executive regarding to warranty and refund process. She told me that if item has any problem then you can easily returned this item and got refund to your account.

After order I got fault in both phone and applied for the return where shopclues rejected my return request and close my request without inform or asking to me.

So many of reasons are given below which shopclues cheated with me in this item.

1) In the description of item shopclues mention that item is only opened box and this phone and accessories has 6 month warranty but in actual when I go through Samsung service center they told me that we are not given any warranty on phone as well as accessories. Samsung gives me information that this both item is refurbished item (many time repaired in company) and we can’t do that. Where this information is not provided on landing page of shopclues.that means shopclues cheated with customer by this way.

2) When I got this item at that day I had checked it is in not in sealed packed condition and both phone has problem. immidiately I have applied for return but shoplcues rejected it.

3) Shopclues sent many items to many customers in this way.

4) I have registered many complain to its customer care but they refused my problem and closed return request also no any higher authority want to talk with me on the phone.
