Regarding fraud in hotel booking

On 7th of December i have made a booking for hotel SOBHA ASPIRE,bengaluru for dates 15 to 17 december2018.I made this booking through third party hotel booking platform called as AGODA.I have received a confirmation mail confirming my hotel booking on 07-12-18 and on the same day amount got deducted from my credit card.on 15th i have approached the hotel for check in the property owner told me that there is some parallel bookings issue with the website and he cant provide a room for me,he said that he will convey the same to agoda so that i will get my refund.i left the hotel and called the customer support of agoda on the same issue,they told me that if the property owners confirms the same they will process the refund in next 48 hours.after 48 hours i have recieved a mail from agoda stating that i got checked in into the hotel on 15 and checked out on 17 and they cant process any refund for that.but the matter of fact is i didnt even stayed in that hotel even for 5minutes.How the hotel guy state that i stayed in that hotel on those 2days and how these agoda people confirmed it and took my money.i need your support for resolving this issue and i request you to take necessary action on the hotel people who are just ignorant about customers and collecting money through false statements.
