Regarding fraud sales over instagram

I and many others like me have paid the amount regarding a article to a seller at instagram named “custom_store_uniq” They are faud and after recieving the money (1200rs) they didnt replied neither we get the product. Please track the information regarding the details and name of seller given. The number at which payment is made via paytm is 9xxxxxxxx7. Though after calling the number it was recieved by someone else who said that he doesnt know anything regarding any payment. Please resolve this issue. Regards,
