This is with reference to my complaint no -GU20150501100332 which was logged on today 1st May 2015 for my faulty washing machine. The machine is covered under warranty for 5 years. The part is not being replaced because Haier is asking me to produce the original bill also even though I have gen them the original warranty card.
As per them it is their company policy of asking for both bill and warranty card but they do not have any answers when I ask them “Please show me where is it mentioned”
They are taking the customer for a ride as they have closed my complaints without resolving them. Their branch service incharge Jitender openly told me to file a complaint with any consumer forum and says it is a company policy.
As per him if I need to get my washing machine repaired I need to produce the original bill and the warranty card issued was “Useless”.
This is the worst kind of customer service I have ever seen where a warranty card is rendered useless. He is ridiculed me when I told him that a warranty card is more important than the copy of the bill. As per him it was for the 1st time he was facing such a customer who kept a warranty card instead of a bill.
This kind of service is really unacceptable from a brand like Haier.
