The company named START SOLUTION COMPANY has done fraud with me. I received a call from this company on 19/3/2019 employee named Vxxxxxs Gxxxa Said if you will fill 1000 forms in 10 days, you will get 18000 and if you’ll do mistakes and forms will not right then u have to pay 5200/- and this amount will be deducted to your first salary. I thought it to be a good opportunity to earn from home. Then I was ready to work with them. And then they generated an agreement and send it through email and asked for (aadhar card/voter ID/driving license….) I gave him voter ID card.
But after 1 day I realized that it is a fraud company and I decided to cancel my registration.
I called him and says I want to cancel my registration. He says ok
Again I called him to confirmation purpose, and he says yes your registration is cancelled.
But after 11 days I received a call saying your work is not submitted and you have to pay 5200/- as penalty and harassed me emotionally , if I will not pay the fees they will take legal action from Court against me. I paid that amount on 31/3/2019 after talking with them for so long Time.
After payment again I got a call on 2/4/2019 saying if you want to cancel the agreement then you have to pay 13500/- as cancellation fee and if you not pay the fees we will take legal action against you and then u have to pay 52000/-
I said, I’m not going to paying any money….and he says ok, a hardcopy is issued by your name and we sending it to your current home address we’ll meet you in the court and u have to pay 52000/-
Sir please help me please solve my problem
They taken my money 5200/-
