Regarding high bounce charges by Bajaj Finerv

I have taken the loan account from bajaj finserv. I forgot to maintain sufficient balance in my account due to that emi bounced for that they have charged 1200rs. this is too much. No other company will charge this much amount for bouncing. Can you please take the appropriate action on them . so that they can reduce the bounce charges.

Complaint against Make My Trip for refund delayed for more than six months – Rs.9,993/-: Claudia Jones of Goa (happyecoclaudia(at)yahoo.co.uk) had to cancel a flight to Thailand on 30-04-2009 that was booked through Make My Trip. Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam.
