I own a HTC m8 from last 1.5 years, it started to reflect some charging issue. I contacted the HTC service centre which is in Ansal plaza, Delhi. They told me that my phone’s lower board is damaged and requires a replacement. Approximate time for the device to be repaired was 10-15 days. I submitted my phone on 28th nov 2015 and till date i haven’t received my phone, now it’s 1 month.
I contacted HTC service centre at ansal plaza many time, the receptionist repeats ” We have ordered your phone’s lower board and it will take 10 more days ” whenever i call the service centre. I tried to talk to the manager of the service centre, and everytime the manager is not there or is busy in a meeting. Its been a month now and it will still count i guess, please don’t visit this HTC service centre in ansal plaza, this is the worst experience of mine with a service centre. I bought HTC M8 for 48k and when i submitted my phone and asked for a secondary phone till my device is repaired they replied “we don’t have any device to compensate ” This is very absurd but I was ok.
I contacted this service centre after 18 days approximately and asked for the status. They replied that ” sir we had e-mailed for the order of damaged part(lower board) today”, they mailed for the damaged part after so many days. I am pissed off with such a response of the service centre. Don’t buy HTC phone after service sucks, its worst, I m regretting.
This morning i contacted again and still the same problem persists, damaged part is still in order. After 1 month they are not telling me when will i receive my device repaired. “” we are arranging the part from the near by service centre now””this reply and this effort could had been done earlier not after 1 months after the costumer is pissed of..i need HTC to compensate me anyhow.
