I purchased a Samsung LED TV model number UA32F4100ARMXL serial number 23463ZND903819W on date 09/10/2013 from fairdeal Arcade Dhantoli, Nagpur (maharashtra) at Rs 31000/- approx., On Date 27/07/2015 when I switched on TV only sound is coming no picture coming. I called the samsung care support, ref number 8458312456 on date 27/07/2015 about the problem. A person visited on 03/08/2015 checked TV and said that TCON board is faulty LED panel is OK, but you need to replace whole LED panel as they are not able top repair the card or replace the card and said that the cost of replacing whole panel cost nearly 15000/- plus service tax. Now as my LED panel is Ok why i pay again for LED panel as only TCON board is faulty. Later on I talked to customer care represntative to arrange to repair or replace only defective part but they told me u need to replace whole panel. After some days I recieved a call from samsung that they will give 50% dicount on panel and charging nearly Rs8968/- but giving only 3 months warranty,and if I pay full amount I get 1 year warranty. Now if they are giving me a new geniuine panel why they are giving only 3 months warranty not 1 year. Also the amount Rs 8968/-is too much after paying Rs31000/- that for only 3 months warranty. what if it got defective after 4 months. Can I pay again and again for same. After this incident I feel cheated and lost all my faith in samsung. I will not buy samsung product any more. because a person think that after buying product of branded company it will work for atleast 5years or more and branded company will provide good service but all is false.
