I have gone through a fraud transaction in my ICICI credit card on 20 april 2017. Since so long I am contacting icici but they are not solving this matter. As at every transaction bank provide me an OTP , when the transaction of 10000rs was happening I didn’t get any OTP and the transaction was done to some Vodafone billed without my information. ICICI is not ready to response me on this why they didn’t send me OTP. And the same when I raised request to them, they got returned the 2,600rs but not the complete. I am requesting here to help me out and solve my problem.
