Regarding installation and demo service for new Panasonic washing machine

I have purchased Panasonic washing machine on 30 Oct and requested a demo service on 31 Oct but till today 2 Nov I have neither received any confirmation call or any technicians for the same while I will be outstation for a week kindly try to resolve my matter as I am really annoyed with the behaviour of the Panasonic support team if possible kindly check the procedure to return the washing machine and get me cash back.
