I have order 32″ Micromax TV from Snapdeal (Order No 14752836079) dtd 20th Aug paid Rs 12,990.00 by bank.
As per their policy home delivery should be provided (next day delivery) but not provided so I collect from courier Co. Fedex on 1st Sept. by paying for transportation Rs 350 as they dint provide Home delivery said (i said leave it, its ok) so I called snapdeal for installation & for micromax also because as per their policy we have to contact brand for free installation & demo.
We got call from Micromax on 2nd Sept saying installation will be done within 48 hrs after that no reply nor installation done. We are chasing with both the company Micromax & Snapdeal but they are telling everyday have patience, regret, apology no action.
We request them either you provide us the installation & complete the order or else take back your TV & refund our money.
Local Goa Micromax is not helpful as they refuse to provide installation by saying they dont have staff, its far way,etc. they told us to install ourself byt snapdeal saying dont install even their company (micromax) saying if install by yourself & anything happened warranty nor provided.
We have all documents including invoice copy, emails from Snapdeal, Micromax complaint No. call recording from snapdeal,micromax, etc. Need your assistance & advice in these regards. Please suggest us what to do.
