We purchased a health insurance policy from people claimed to be part of Paramount. Email address given to us is support[@]paramounthealthcare.org.in. Since then they never processed our claims with false promises made every time. Finally when we decided to cancel the policy and sent a cancelation request and asked for refund, they still didn’t respond. After several follow up, when my husband went to their office in person, we found that the address mentioned on their kit is false. Their phone numbers are mostly switched off or not reachable and if connected, will again make false promises. When I finally found one of them on phone, she (kxxxxa kxxxxxxa) promised me that I’ll receive my refund amount after 45 days. We paid 15 200 rs but 2300 GST and 1,500 rs for welcome kit will be deducted and only 11k something will be refunded. I still doubt them and my gut feeling says it’s a fraud company misusing Paramount brand name. While on call today sheri was extremely reluctant to share her email address, clearly refused to share her office address and also said I should worry about my refund and not their office address. When I told her that I am doubting about it them being a genuine company and I’ll go to police if I’ll find anything fishy, she told me that if I’ll reach out police before 45 days, I’ll receive no money.
