Due to 4G migration in Bangalore, the Reliance service was poor for almost a month on July. After repeated customer care centre calls, my complaint for bill waiver was registered with ID: 4672682885, which later I came to know as conversation ID.
Its been agony for me to get in touch with Reliance customer care center and get my complaint resolved.
Later I have terminated the connection and ID is 248751531.

Inspite of my repeated customer care calls and explanation to their calls, there is no response from their side.
Now they have send a mail saying “legal” actions will taken against me if I fail to pay in another 3 days.

Also I have purchased 4G wifi data card, to continue the Reliance service believing the plan will be he same.
Later it was also a fake advertisement. I am ready to return the device.

Please help me in getting my money back for the device I have purchased.
