I have ported my mobile number from uninor to reliance CDMA, as reliance had launched 397 unlimited jalsa plan. I have also purchased a new CDMA phone for running the said CDMA sim card. It was all going well and I was happy with the services. Suddenly, reliance CDMA has been upgraded into reliance 4G card, and I have to upgrade it as they said the CDMA network is going to be closed. I have been offered the same plan after upgradation and it is obvious. However, suddenly on 19/08/2016, I got a message from reliance communication that your current plan has been discontinued and the new plan is of Rs. 899 per month.

I want to complaint that how the company can change or discontinue the current plan on its own in a postpaid connection. This is very unfair, as people have taken this plan for the reason that it has been offered for lifetime.

Kindly take necessary action for the above issue.
