I had purchased my dell laptop on 30th of september from vijay sales. My laptop model is inspiron 7560. It was not working since the 3rd day of purchase. The dell technical people did troubshooting, then formatted my laptop. After this they again did troubleshooting and again formatted my laptop. I also was told to submit my laptop in the service centre. But yet my laptop is not working properly. Dell people are not cooperating with me. Its just been a month with this laptop and I only have problems with this laptop. I need an urgent replacement/refund of this laptop.
