I have joined an Infrastructure Company in 21 March 2016 as a Web Designer. I have worked there around 1 year and some months. I got married in April 2017 and my husband is working pune so i told them to release me early. But as per their Bond condition it was not possible.
So I requested them to provide a easy way and HR told me that if i follow a proper 1 month notice period without salary then they will release me with proper experience and letter and release me.
So i followed a same process and resigned there and followed a 1 month notice period without salary and after that when i asked for exp letter they denied that and they told that due to some issue i can not provide now and will provide next month. so again i waited for some month. So again i waited for some month and contacted again but still he is not providing my Experience letter and because of that i am not able to show my exp in new companies and its creating big issue in my career. They cheated me specially HR because he was the person who gave that Idea for serving notice period and now he is saying “No that was not my idea.” I am now calling multiple times to him but he is not responding. Please help me on this issue so i can get my Experience letter.
