Regarding JIO 399 recharge

I had paid an amount of Rupees 399 towards recharge of Jio data and call services on the number 8xxxxxxxx0 through Paytm. The money has been deducted but they have not provided the Service. In fact they have disrupted my services for the last 3 days. They do not answer on their customer care telephone number, nor do they reply to my email complaint. I can only see that they have taken my money. A screenshot of the Paytm successful payment has been provided with this complaint as a proof.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
