Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.440: Ms. Shikha Tripathi of Mumbai 400022, Maharashtra ordered a saree and received an empty plastic bag with nothing inside. She registered her complaint with Snapdeal and also requested return. However, Snapdeal refused customer’s complaint by telling the the account would be suspended.
