We own one kent ro water purifier. We bought it almost little less than 2 years so warranty period has been expired.
Our kend ro started giving problem after one year of its purchase. After every one month some of its functioning breaks. Sometimes power supply does not work , sometimes there is problem in some candle , floater and so on. Every month we have to purchase 20-30 litters of water from outside because our ro does not work.
Getting technician from ken ro is equally hard. You need to call their call center (its not even a proper call center.. its a mobile number instead a proper landline number.. sometimes they would not pick up the phone..) several times then only one would able to get a technician.
For the past 30 days we have called technician 3 times and our kent ro still not rectified. They charge rs 300 per visit. We have spend almost rs. 3000 on our ro till now. Its frustration of calling again and again that taking toll on us now.
I humbly request consumer forum of india to do something in this regard so that they will learn how to run a business rather than robbing consumers money.
