I have purchased a water purifier from snapdeal. and before the receiving of product I call to customer care about the installation on which he assure me “the installation take place on priority basis”. but no installation provided by them and said return the product.which was just impossible for me,because I live in Patna where I am in job. the product has purchased for my old mother who live at home in bhagalpur. there after they suggest for installed the product by other local technicians and I installed the product by kent’s technicians after a week it became out of order, when i asked for warranty he suggested me to call on a no when I call he said to send the own technicians but no one has come.
