Regarding kerala package from Trip and Talks

Had booked a 5 day/ 4 nights kerala package from Trip and Talks the agency did not share the hotel details for the 3rd and 4th night stay, which forced to book hotel myself at the last moment, inspite of making full payment of 50,000 in one week advance and the hotel details for the 1st and 2nd day were shared just few hours before the stay.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
