I purchased Letv Le1S mobile phone on 2nd Feb 16. In June I got some incoming call issues (unable to receive incoming call), so submitted my brand new mobile to Pimpri Service center on 21st June 16 (it is in warranty). After long 27th July (after 36 days) i got a call to collect my phone. I reached and saw the mobile they were providing was not mine. That was damaged. Was having unmatched IMEI number. One more person came with same issue on same day and time. I didn’t accept that phone. I talked with customer care immediately. They told me we unable to give me my own phone, we will provide another phone which may be used by some one else. Now they are saying we will send it such a phone ASAP. Today is 5 Aug 16 (46th day), yet i didn’t get my phone yet. I want compensation (purchased amount of Rs. 10999/-) from the company on the basis of following point-
1. Why should i accept other mobile if i purchased new?
2. Why they don’t repair my phone and gave back to me?
3. If that phone was used for any illegal activities previously, who going to be responsible?
4. As per their policy they should respond within 26 days, but they don’t follow the same. And customer care female person told me that i am free to complaint or any action that i want.
This is not single case. When i study their are many cases of same thing. Its a big scam. These mobiles having many issues with battery, charger, camera also with software. After sale service is irritating. Please CF i beg you to help and give justice to me. I want compensation i.e. my purchase amount of Rs. 10999/-

    You are not alone, In same service center I have submitted barely 10 days old le eco max2 phone on 30th July 2016. Today its close to month and they have not returned my phone.

    Unless anything big happens authority doesnt take any action
