In Nov 2015, I have purchased new Lenovo A6000 smartphone from online shopping portal – Snapdeal. After using approx. 2-3 month, phone started displaying a lot of hardware/software related problems. After that we take it to Lenovo customer service centre and after checking customs service team, they refuse to repair the phone by making excuse water drop found inside the phone. They returned my phone back to me without repair. the phone has been dead now…display has been lost.
This was the Lenovo device we used. There is no warrenty of the product & most of all, Customer Sevices are very poor.
