I was having issues in my Lenovo k3 note purchased on 29th Sept 2015. I submitted the handset to service center for the first time on 13th July 2016 for the problem touch issue, ringer issue mic issue. They repaired issues except ringer. I again submitted my handset on 20th July again for ringing issue. They gave me back saying issue is solved but again I faced issue and I submitted handset on 26th July, 3rd August, 12th August, 26th August, 2nd Sept. But yet the problem is not solved. My warranty is going to expired this month. I contacted lencare team executive Mr. Dxxxxxxa but now he is not reverting to my mails and neither they solving problem. Even service centre executive have taken my charger to replaced it but didn’t gave me new one. Where to visit for this problem. I almost spend rs 7500 to run at service centre.
