Regarding Lenovo K6 mobile mic issue

I purchased a Lenovo k6 power mobile in Flipcart in may 25 /2017. my mobile microphone is not working. i send a return request to flip cart at ofter 5 days from brought date.but a agent talk with me and cancel my return request. am also visit a Lenovo care at Chaitanya puri sathyam services.they take a 5 days to resolve problem.ofter take mobile from them 2days working in good condition.now the same problem is repeated.i call to Lenovo customer care they told me to visit again to Lenovo care.how many times do I went to their .please help me
