I am travelling to Dehradun from Vadodara on June 24, 2015 by Air India. Since I will have to stay overnight in Delhi (my connecting flight is scheduled for the following evening, after 6 pm) I had made a reservation through the website www.newdelhiairport.in with regard to showering and napping facilities. But I realised that I got a lounge booking instead of Rs.4256, for which I had paid with my credit card. I made this transaction on June 5, 2015. Since I already have a Priority Pass I do not need lounge access per se. I then spoke to Ms. Sxxxxi Dxxxxn, reservation in charge at Premium Plaza who said that since I had booked from a website that did not belong to the Delhi Airport (?) I would have to contact the people running the website.
I then called the number given on the website who gave me the e-mail addresses of two people who are in charge and who, she said, could change the lounge access to napping and showering facilities since I had already paid the money. I wrote to both these gentlemen on June 10, 2015 but have not received a reply yet.
