My complaint is against MI service centre at Borivali East. On 22 August i had submitted my phone to service center for some issues. After 3 hour they return my phone and i notice that the phone was bent. I ask the desk person who did this?? The manager check the phone and offer me to replace the back panel at free of cost. But it was not fair solution. I had mail this case to Xiaomi company but i didn’t get any proper answer from them. When i ask for the replacement, as i am affaired that the phone can blast. Mr.Mxxxxxxn told me that a new phone can also blast. So i now i demand for refund.
