I have purchased Mi4i mobile phone from Amazon on 13th Oct 2015. The phone got switched off and did not start again after 8 months. The phone is in warranty and I have taken it to its service centre in Ranchi on 9th June 2016.

The phone is with service centre from last 2.5 months and they have not fixed the issue yet. I have called them multiple times and even visited service centre but they are not providing any specific date on when the issue will be resolved.

I have also called on Mi toll free number 18001036286, they are also not providing any specific date, when the phone issue will be resolved.

This is very frustrating now, I have spent a lot of money on buying the phone and now they are not even bothered on providing customer satisfaction.

Can you please help me out. Thanks in Advance.
