Regarding Micromax Mobile service quality

I purchased the micromax mobile E455 last year Nov. since purchased date mobile was not running well. Within a week service centre had made doe 3 times and replace the new handset. After that problem remains same and company has replaced the mobile 5 times but problems again remains same. Then company suggest me to go to nearest service centre and check the mobile. I visited the service centre thrice and they updated my software within 20-25 minutes without raise a jobsheet. But the problem remains same and on June 24 I submitted my mobile in service centre and they suggest me that they will send my handset in company for repair for a month. But after a mont company send my mobile without repair it to service centre. As I got this news I send one letter to company and visited service centre. They assured me that they will do the needful within a week at their point and on first week of Aug. they gave me my handset after replacing my mobile PCB as they told me. But I used this set for 10 days and was not satisfied with this mobile remains hanged after Avery 10 min.I again visited service centre and they again updated my mobile software. But after that the problem remains same and I again send one letter to the company on 26th Aug.that my handset should be replaced or returned my whole amount otherwise I will go to consumer court. But till date I didn’t get the response from the company end
