I purchase my MIcromax GC232 mobile on Nov-2014. It start giving trouble from sept 2015. i deposited my set for repairing to M/S Mark Services, tank road Jamshedpur with Job Sheet No.- E060088091519434546 on 28/09/2015. but till date i donot received my set. one phone call done by the Mark Service saying that we are transferring your product for repair in Micromax Head Office for Repairing. i complain in micromax official site several time for delay in repairing. but by micromax service team only time is given 10-15 days again & again. talking to their representative information provided to me that the dead line for repairing of Mobile set is only 7-30 days from date of receiving in local service centre. but till date the mobile set is not provided to me. please suggest me the further action required for resolving the matter.
