I am holding the Airtel number since last 5yrs. I have shared this number in Banks, Job Portals and Shopping Portals. All the OTP received on this number. The number was owned by my brother. So to link the Aadhar, I thought of changing the ownership of the number. Airtel personnel sitting at my office location told me to migrate to postpaid and it would take only 48hrs. Now its been more than 5 days and the number is still not migrated. Airtel personnel not picking up the call. My entire communication related to banks are stopped. If asked the personnel is saying, the backend server was not working and so much excused. Can anyone help me in this regards?
