Regarding misguidance by Flipkart

I, bought a product (Samsung Galaxy J6) during the exchange offer provided by Flipkart.com (see attached). They sent my parcel through EKART services. A delivery boy from EKART came to me on 8th February and he denied to accept my old handset (which was okay based on the Flipkart exchange policy) and delivery. At the same, I called Flipkart.com customer support to resolve the issue, they said the issue will be resolved till 10th February. Yester, they (Flipkart.com) asked one more day (till 11th February) to resolve the issue. At the same time, they sent an email to me and asked to provide a high-resolution picture of my old handset (Moto G2), I responded and provided all the details asked by Flipkart.com. During this process, they promised me to resolve all the issue and get back to me anytime after 3:00 PM on 11th February. On the other hand, EKART delivery agent canceled my order without asking me, means they (Flipkart.com) wasted my time and money. Once I got a cancelation text massege from Flipkart.com, I called to Flipkart.com costumer care and couldn’t got possitive response from them. Overall, they misguided me since 8th February to 11th February (see attached copy of email conversations). Kindly suggest me what should I do?
