Regarding misleading cashback offer from Jabong

In April, they announced Shopper No.5 cashback offer and sent me an email that I was one of the winners and would get cashback on May31 which I never received it till date. Being a loyal customer I have been waiting for it. Finally I have sent an email to them in July. It took 2 months for them to respond. In these 2 months 2executives called me and apologized for not receiving coupon and said they are helpless as the offer expired. Finally somone from legal department calls me and says none of them have confirmed that I dint receive the coupon.

I now feel embarrassed for referring jabong to my Friends/Relatives.
Please help me to lodge a complaint against them.
