I have purchase a mobile handset from flipkart on 23.10.2017. after using it 5-6 days, i found there were some issue regarding the display of the phone. so i raised a return request on flipkart for replacement of the defective product delivered, but after so many reminders, they are not taking it back, and only saying that we can’t help you in this matter. please help me to resolve this issue and i need the replacement of my phone as i spend amount for a new phone.
