There is very poor state of affairs at Motorola repair service. Nobody in the company seems to be bothered about the problems being faced by consumers. It appears complaints are simply thrown in waste basket. I had accidently broken the touch of my phone MOTO G Turbo, and my request for repair is pending with Motorola Service centre since 09.07.2016. Job No. AMSDEH009038. At the service center I was offered to get my phone repaired immediately but without bill, funny, is it not. I don’t know how long they will take to procure a part as simple as touch screen. I understand service deposits your phone for months together before carrying out services. Repair parts with proper bill are not easily available with service center. So watch out for your self before buying Motorola Mobile Phones
